Role:

• Owned the process for finalization of all major campus IT products and services, Civil, MEP and Interior fit-out tenders
• Front-ended negotiations by managing processes, developing strategies for negotiations & advising management for effective decision making for range of complex deals
• Devised annual savings plan, monthly review patterns; carry out reviews and apprise critical matters to Management
• Was responsible for compliance to SOX and other statutory audit requirements and regulations
