  • This role caters to 3 IoT Projects as a Deployment Manager & Technical lead, and as a Service Delivery / Client delivery (customer facing) Management.
  • Act a Catalyst in providing technical solutions, performing POCS, Service delivery, ITSM & Continual improvement on behalf of ATOS IoT GDC India.
  • Recently been to USA for Client Meetings & delegations, had multiple level meetings & discussions presented ATOS way of working and Processes, Benefit Analysis ,Governance methodologies & was instrumental in identifying & building the significant areas of Improvements with the Better Nutritionals CEO & with Security and IT Consultants

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for Identifying stakeholders , scopes, driving requirement workshops, & developing project schedules
  • Co-ordinated and managed all E2E SIEMENS Mindsphere on Prem deployment activities from technical resource On-Boarding Preparations, Customer/ DC Landscape Investigations, Implement Landscape, , Installation of Azure Stack, Installation of MoP Box ,Installation of Service Management Environment, Mind App Migrations, Perform Production Handover test – Turnover to Operations.
  • Instrumental in preparing cost estimates for future projects in IoT (Transport for west Midlands) & Goli cabinets – deployment & Steady state.
  • Built budget planning and making sure key deliverable , planned milestones are achieved, communication and stakeholder management are adhered as per plan.
  • Experience in facilitating different Scrum ceremonies including Backlog Grooming, Sprint planning, Daily scrum meeting, Sprint review, PI planning and finding continuous improvement through sprint, retrospectives.
  • Building Open source Package Management Team to build , drive & implementing microservice architectures.
  • Drive and manage to deliver MindApps - Accelerator Program - Demonstrator App developed on SIEMENS Mendix platform in building 3 major industrial apps supported by Mindspehere on Prem projects (Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Manage My Machine, Shift Management).
  • Handling all technical queries on Java scripts, dockers and on all Open shift technologies etc.
  • Ensuring adherence to SLA, adherence to client requirements through regular interaction with clients by frequent calibration and as well precisely managing technical debts till handover to operations.
  • Responsible for design of test framework, test cases development, technical support for Verification, Validation & Test Automation for intelligent electronic devices validating them in front of customer during production handover test. Understanding product requirements, preparing high-level cook books & design documents to get handshake with product management & application specialists

POCS Handled:

  • With objective of discovering better alternative monitoring tool for IoT, was instrumental in solutioning and leveraging Opensource capabilities , developed new monitoring tool with base of ELK.
  • Spearhead in driving this POC, demonstrated outcome to ATOS Global Leaders and to many in senior management and external teams for which team was recognized at global and local level
  • Estimated cost savings over 3-year contract period for customer (referenced to SMAC) is 685K Euro over Dynatrace specifically solutioning cost effective monitoring solution covering Hardware through to Application-level and driving operations in proactive manner.
  • ELK Monitoring tool being in consideration for future IoT offerings and in review for MSPC and other customers.
