  • Act a Catalyst in providing technical solutions, performing POCS, Service delivery, ITSM & Continual improvement on behalf of Atos IoT GDC India.
  • Recently been to USA for Client Meetings & delegations, had multiple level meetings & discussions on Atos way of way of working and Processes, presented on Benefit Analysis ,Governance methodologies & was instrumental in identifying & building the significant areas of Improvements with the Better Nutritionals CEO & with Security and IT Consultants

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for Identifying the stakeholders, driving the requirement workshops, identifying the scope, developing project schedules
  • Co ordinated and managed all E2E SIEMENS Mindsphere on Prem deployment activities from technical resource On-Boarding Preparations, Customer/ DC Landscape Investigations, Implement Landscape, , Installation of Azure Stack, Installation of MoP Box ,Installation of Service Management Environment, Mind App Migrations, Perform Production Handover test – Turnover to Operations.

POCS Handled:

  • With the objective of discovering a better alternative monitoring tool for IoT, was instrumental in solutioning and leveraging the Opensource capabilities we developed a new monitoring tool with the base of ELK.
  • Spearhead in driving this POC, demonstrated the outcome to head of GTS, head of IoT, CTO and to many in senior management and external teams for which the team was recognized at global and local level
  • Estimated cost savings over a 3-year contract period for a customer (referenced to SMAC) is 685K Euro over Dynatrace specifically solutioning cost effective monitoring solution covering Hardware through to Application-level and driving the operations in a proactive manner.
  • ELK Monitoring tool being in consideration for future IoT offerings and in review for MSPC and other customers.
  • Mentored junior team members in best practices for effective deployment management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
