Description-Effectively managed the solution so that the ops team releases every delivery trade with an approval which was the requirement from TOP management.

Title- MIU Software

Description-A greenfield project to make sure to develop a central software across DB for all HRM instructions. Effectively managed the Requirements, testing and test cases for the same.

• Performed functional testing & user acceptance testing (UAT) facilitating on-time.
• Played a pivotal role in changing the reconciliation platform with the client from Excel to IVP reconciliation tool, including automation of daily activities to book, match and reconcile.
• Created a loader for trade bookings which saved yearly 2000 hours of manual work
• Attended business review meetings with business stakeholders sharing insights about effective business changes due to technical upgradation by presenting proejects on periodic basis.
