• Acted as the team member for this project, responsible for Factory Rollouts for 4 countries Italy, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Israel requested by the business from requirements to production go-live and Hypercare.

• Acted as the team member for this project, responsible for end user support and resolution of issues along with co-ordination of 3rd party vendors. Succeeded to maintain above 90% of SLA.
