We have different sub process in our project in that one of the processes we must interacted with the Supplier for handling customer queries related to Energy, usually we have time scale of 7WD to work the queries in that few of them highly escalated. It will mix up with normal Queries so it's difficult to priorities those accounts, in this situation I come up with the solution to pulling the highly escalated queries from the report by using MS Excel formulas which is very helpful to customer to providing the solution on same day instead of 5 days.
