With 13 years of experience in process management, I am a multi-skilled professional known for successfully overseeing complex functional projects across diverse environments. I excel in managing client expectations and am fully committed to achieving project objectives. My leadership skills are strong, and I have built a solid professional rapport with both end customers and the client organization, Atos Global IT Solutions and Services (formerly Siemens UK). My expertise includes contract negotiation and management within the electricity and water utility services sector, facilitating seamless collaboration between Siemens and end customers.

Successfully onboarded a new supplier for our Energy sector project, initiating testing activities in the initial stage. Demonstrated proficiency in executing test works, resulting in the acquisition of Process Knowledge transformation from the client. Subsequently, ensured client satisfaction upon the completion of testing, leading to the successful deployment of jobs. Orchestrated comprehensive training sessions for the entire team to facilitate the transfer of process knowledge, enabling them to effectively manage the workload for 2.3 million customers.

We have different sub process in our project in that one of the processes we must interacted with the Supplier for handling customer queries related to Energy, usually we have time scale of 7WD to work the queries in that few of them highly escalated. It will mix up with normal Queries so it's difficult to priorities those accounts, in this situation I come up with the solution to pulling the highly escalated queries from the report by using MS Excel formulas which is very helpful to customer to providing the solution on same day instead of 5 days.

 Implemented proactive measure to address system issues and automation coding failures, effectively utilizing underutilized FTEs from another team. This strategic approach successfully cleared a backlog, avoiding the need for new hires and ensuring timely invoice billing for suppliers.

Received the Silver Accolades Award in September 2022, recognized with a certificate and a cash reward of $10,000.

Achieved the Silver Accolades Award for the second time in July 2023, honored with a certificate and a cash reward of 5000 Rupees.
