  • Currently working as a Public Health Engineer, my responsibilities include the preparation of schematics, the design of plumbing and fire fighting schemes, and other associated works, such as preparing and checking design drawings for water supply, sewage, storm water, and fire/plumbing pump rooms, based on international codes and local authority regulations, etc.
  • Preparation of detailed mark-up for BIM production from concept to schematic design and further developing the same to detail design, which includes water supply, stormwater, fire protection system, drainage system, and LPG system, includes preparation of calculations for drainage, water supply, and fire protection system.
  • Oversaw project progression from initial design to detailed design, ensuring collaboration with architecture, structural, MEP, ID, infrastructure, and specialist consultants.

The project is a multi-storied development that had an effective built-up area of approximately 49,639 sq m, the development is divided into 2 basements, a ground level, 1 podium, and a tower, the ground level holding the main FOH areas, and the tower occupying the service apartment and parking in the basement levels, currently working on the IFC stage, ongoing project from the CD stage

The Nouran Living development is a residential building located in Abu Dhabi, the project consists of two levels of basement-level car parking, residents' amenities, and 12 floors of accommodation above, delivered the project from CD stage to IFC stage

Amaalla Wellness Core is an immersive 7-star luxury hospitality experience on the Red Sea Amaala, the project, comprises a private island and two coastal beach destinations of extraordinary natural beauty. In the project vicinity, 136 buildings consist of integrity family villas, branded residences, back of house, wellness village, medical branded residences, beach club, and hotel. The project was delivered from DD Stage to IFC Stage
