- Strict implementation of regulations and procedures at ILBS, as per BCAS Circulars, AVSEC Orders, SOPs, and other mandates issued by the regulators and organizational requirements.
- Proper maintenance of records pertaining to ILBS. Continuous analysis of baggage flow at level 3 and coordination with BHS team to mitigate the possibilities of dieback situation at BHS to reduce the baggage flow to level 3.
- Ensure on-time clearance of security-cleared baggage from level 3 by airlines/GHA. Proactive response for handling contingencies to ensure that maximum baggage is cleared on time, without delays.
- Provide assistance in handling contingencies in case of a confirmed threat at level 3.
- Assist duty manager, ILBS, during regulatory audits, inspections, and mock exercises as and when required.
- Regular, tailored CBT training program every month to enhance and improve proficiency and screening skills, and attend CBT test.
- Respond to the queries of airline/GHA and other stakeholders as and when required.
- Carry out any other assignment allocated by duty managers on time.
- Assist duty manager for handling any accident, incident, or contingency at ILBS.
