• I led a team to build the 912/49 LHD model line set-up (Chassis preparation to PDI) in Senegal. West Africa. June 2023.
• Addressed the first batch of dispatched EV 9X9 and 9x12 customer issues (from chassis preparation to PDI) at J&K and sought them out within 2 months.
• Productivity enhancement in Lucknow (Project 1K@30), especially the structure and Panel line G3 BS-VI new line setup, facility planning, process development, and manpower deployment. (Set the line for 15 Buses/Shift).
• G3 to BS6 Model Chassis Preparation, Structure Preparation and Paneling as per TMBSL Drawing.
