SP3D/S3D

• SP3D Modeling of primary & secondary structures like pipe racks, access platforms, equipment and pipe supports.

• SP3D Modeling of Tertiary structures like ladders, handrails, gratings, footings etc. based on vendor reference drawings.

• Review of vendor drawings and co-ordination with other departments such as Process, Equipment, Piping and Electrical.

• Model updating with respect to Engineering sketches and standards.

• Modeling update as well as detailing in draft as per red line markup. Modeling in (PAR) Pre Assembled Racks, (PAU) Pre Assembled Units, Equipment Supporting Structure in SP3D. 

•  Familiar with model review on SPR/SP3D for clash checking and reporting, coordination with various disciplines for model queries.

• Modeling Rcc junction towers, trench, wall pits, drain etc.

• Familiar with MDS provisions to accommodate supports.

TEKLA & AUTOCAD

• Modeling, Checking and detailing of steel structures and equipment using Tekla structures and AutoCAD .

• Checking interface connection, clash check and assembly check.

• Preparing and checking for detail of Fabrication structural steel Building which contains fabrication column, Beam, bracing, Purlin, Handrail, Staircase etc.,

• Material list, part list, bolt list, bill of material and weight calculation list all preparing Tekla structures.

• Checking for Tekla model, fabrication and erection drawing and connection details.

• Raising queries and seeking clarification from clients.

• Creating NC files for main steels and fittings.

• Preparing pipe racks, pipe supports, instruments and cable trays.

• Prepare the structural layout.

• Knowledge of material standards & Welding symbols.
