Having 12+yrs of rich experience in Inprocess, Supplier & Customer Quality - Quality Assurance/Systems.
Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.
Carry out product and process auditing as per the IQA plan.
Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained.
Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring, rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figures.
Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (TS16949/ISO9001).
Undertake special projects as required.
Prepare internal audit plan, schedule according to QMS requirements.
Establishing Procedures and Work Instruction for Final and In-process Inspection, Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.
Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis.
Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.
Participate in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEA's (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Manage the Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Manage and coordinate customer PPM (Parts per Million), supplier PPM, supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators.
Keep up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends that concern product quality.
Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions, make presentation to customer, MRM, Undertake continuous training and development.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems. Performing weekly rejection analysis through Pareto Diagram, Independently determine approach and assigned tasks.
Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer and customer warranty), Ensure that the products meet quality requirements.
Coordinate with Quality Managers to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers.
Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests.
Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product's quality.
Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers.
Prepare and maintain product quality documentation based on ISO, IATF specifications, Develop product quality processes based on ISO 9k, IATF standards.
Manage and coordinate ISO, IATF audits, Work with Quality Managers to improve quality management system based on audit results.
Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction, Driving supplier quality performance.
Overseeing supplier quality team and establishing quality control objectives.
Ensures all suppliers and the materials they provide are in compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications and company and government standards.
Performing quality system audits, supplier re-evaluation/assessment audit,

Work with supplier to get G8D for all supplier issues, Secure and work directly with suppliers and audit supplies regularly for quality control.
