- Revival of pre and post clinkerization equipment’s in all aspects like dismantling, over hauling, testing, process interlocking, field instruments safety interlocks, clearing of unsafe conditions, pre-commissioning checks and commissioning of total plant, since the plant was in idle condition for seven years.
- Complete study of Design & documentation, preparation of purchase specifications, technical evaluation, participation in technical meetings with vendors and clients/consultants, vendor document, drawing review and approvals.
- Review and understand client documents (Project & Materials specifications).
- Fabrication, Erection, pre-commissioning, & commissioning.
- Budget and performance tracking of the asset.
- Member of the corporate Safety, Health & Environment standards & procedures committee.
- Installation 12 no’s Wagon loading system with total closed shed of 650mtrs length and 7.4 Km railway siding.
- Modification of Raw Mill Cyclone Outlet duct to reduce the pressure drop.
- Replacement of Apron Feeder with L&T make (100% reduction in breakdown with a savings of 70 Lakhs per annum).
- Installation of additional hoppers two numbers with a capacity of 150 Tons each. To feed different additives consistently. (Savings achieved around 100 Lakhs per annum).
- Installation of secondary crusher to meet the requirement of Raw Mill input size, (Increase in production by 15TPH to 20 TPH with a savings of 0.8 units/tons of material).
- Installation of HAG 20 MKcal capacity for cement operation during shutdown. (Savings achieved increase in production by 10 to 15 TPH).
- Installation of Liquid AFR firing system to PC and kiln. (Savings achieved in SHE – avg 3.9 Kcal/Kg with annual savings of 100 Lakhs per annum).
- Installation of 2000 MT steel Silo.
- Installed 15 TPH & 25 TPH capacity Solid AFR feeding system with storage shed, shredder, EOT grab crane and pre-processing unit with storage shed.
- Installed 40 TPH capacity Solid AFR feeding system and 25 TPH pre -processing system with storage shed, EOT grab crane.
- Installation of 250 TPH additive feeding circuit.
- Installation of 28mtr x 320mtrs coal storage PEB shed.
- Installation of 1000MT steel and 3000 MT RCC silo.
