- Production Senior Executive with a total experience of 7 years.
- Currently working as a Executive in production department at EUGIA PHARMA SPECIALITIES UNIT -III (AUROBINDO PHARMA LIMITED(unit-IV) ) from August 2017 onwards to till date at Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Operation and maintainance of Blow fill seal filling machine(Make:Weiler) and Deflasher.
- Maintaining online batch manufacturing records (BMRs & BPRs).
- Monitoring of Production activities.
- Responsible for filling area operations and autoclave loads.
- Involved in media fill activities.
- Involved in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions to minimize the downtime and maintain production targets.
- Documenting filling activities, BMRs, Logbooks.
- Strict adherence to cGMP practices.
- Responsible for filter integrity ,CIP & SIP activities.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of the batches in accordance with plan.
- Operation & Maintenance of Water system.
- Responsible for breakdown maintenance works, PMP's and calibration of equipment's as per the schedules.
- Maintaining the purified water, WFI and PSG systems to the required specifications.
- Responsible for replacing of accessories like vent filters, UV lamps, micron filter, RO membranes and EDI timely and maintaining of replacement records.
