I have contributed extensively to an award-winning workforce management tool that serves five departments within the organization. The product offers key features, including roster management, calendaring, skills matrix, shift management, and comprehensive leadership and engagement dashboards. I independently developed a robust notification system to communicate critical actions within the tool, along with secure APIs and an additional security layer. I also implemented an alert system for service or UI component failures and made significant contributions to the UI components.

• Part of 4-person development team for a workforce management tool awarded for excellence, serving five departments and enhancing interdepartmental coordination with critical features like roster management, calendaring, and shift management.
• Built a robust, dynamic notification system using Azure Timer Triggered Function Apps, improving responsiveness and user engagement by seamlessly communicating essential actions within the tool.
• Engineered a comprehensive notification alert system to monitor and report service or UI component failures, increasing reliability and minimizing downtime across critical workforce operations.
• Developed secure APIs with an additional security layer, ensuring protected and compliant data exchange for sensitive workforce operations.
• Contributed substantially to the tool’s UI components, elevating usability and user experience, which contributed to the tool's high adoption rate and positive reception within the organization.

Started full time professional career with a project built from scratch that was able to reduce RCS time by 93%(from 4 hours to 15 minutes). Developed 70+ use cases and features in just over a year’s time. Gained invaluable experience in the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery and maintenance and enhancement requests.

• To this day, the automation helps quicker RCA and is used in the day-to-day by the Network Engineers.
• Got breakthrough with the project getting started out in the industry, learning the ins and outs of software development to delivery and maintenance as a full time employee.
• Was the sole developing engineer for the full stack, delivering key features, building the tool from scratch, getting support from the lead engineer and being trusted to go solo in it.
• Awarded with SPOT individual awards on 2 occasions and team award on 1 occasion.

Summer internship followed by another internship following impressive performance. Tech-stack used for the project includes html, css, js for the frontend, java for backend and python for the prediction piece.

• The predictive algorithm reaped good results in predicting the credit score of the customers.
• Helped build insight into product design, use cases, building up of a solution and an exposure across the different sides to development.
• Training to understand and deep dive into the importance of communicating, the know-hows of it.
• Lastly, understanding the importance of time management coming in on as students, understanding how and where to spend time, resolve issues, learn and discipline oneself per the committed timelines and the importance of it.
