• Streamlined the activities of preemptive maintenance process of aircraft servicing and reduced the average completion of servicing cycle by 20%.

• Planned distribution of manpower, aircraft and its associated ground handling equipment’s to various Tarmac/dispersal areas for smooth and safe conduct of flying operations.
