1) Handling clients, answering queries post booking of tour
2) Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction
3) Booking of FIT to supplier
4) Respond to all phone and email queries on a daily basis whether with a quote or an email advising that it is being worked on
5) Review all open queries on a weekly basis and diligently perform follow ups
6) Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by responding in a timely manner to the clients’ questions and understanding their needs
7) Contribute to the Inside Sales team targets accomplishing organizational goals
8) Maintain awareness of new products and promotions
9) Ensure all data is entered as per standards in CRM and all leads are followed up in a timely manner
10) Review all client feedback and act on it, involving the Inside Sales Manager where necessary
11) Reviewing the Profit Analysis of the tours per booking
1)Provide support to the Sales & Operations manager in the day to day running of the organization
2) Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings etc.)
3) Manage relationships with other travel agencies and vendors.
3) Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
5) Reviewing sales performance
6) Strive to meet sales targets to drive business growth month by month whilst being responsible for the achievement of Travel Agent sales targets and personal activity KPIs.
7) Develop a calling strategy to achieve Agent sales targets for the company and provide weekly sales updates on activities and opportunities.
8) Maintain existing business through regular engagement.
9) Think critically when planning to assure project success.
10) Carry out customer and market research for new techniques for B2B lead generation.
11) Attending trade, exhibitions, conferences
1) Drawing up complicated travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met
2) Making arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and activities
3) Contacting airlines, hotels, and ground transport companies such as coach operators to make suitable arrangements
