A Talent Acquisition Professional credible in partnering with senior business leaders & experience in building talent acquisition strategy across commercial functions. Deep grounding in analytical logic and ability to translate talent market insights into business language to create awareness of talent competition.
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Talent Acquisition
· Responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment processes in multiple business groups, maintaining strong relationships with the business and developing a deep understanding on business requirements.
· Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources of manpower requirements through internal database, job portals, job positing, job advertising, social networking and employee referrals.
· Actively source through various market channels e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, IIM Jobs etc. to proactively identify, network & build relationship with key industry players.
· Use sophisticated applicant tracking system and other internal database to log and track applicant’s information throughout the selection process.
· Screening potential candidates in order to assess the candidate's suitability, culture fit, academic & professional qualifications, experience and communication skills etc. Coordinate with tech panels for technical evaluation.
· Additional focus on measuring conversion rates like % hires, hire per no. of profiles shared, time to fill etc.
· Planning and strategizing weekday/weekend requirement drives.
· Conducting HR Interview & performing salary negotiation.
· Responsible for performing the on-boarding processes, background and drug test, updating and providing the offer letter
· Prepare and maintaining the daily and weekly hiring reports and publish report to the larger team on weekly basis.
Ø Strategy & Planning
· Develop and implement recruitment and selection policies and procedures. Identify & source appropriate external/internal candidates for each business units.
· Manage and develop end-to-end recruitment process from initial assessment, interview, to job offer.
· Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers on assessment, recruitment technique and employment data.
Ø Stakeholder Management
· Establish and develop effective working relationships with business leaders.
· Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships within relevant stakeholders and recruiters.
· Gather job specifications from technical managers with detailed job descriptions and skill requirements. Discuss the profile and requirement process with technical managers.

Ø Recruitment Marketing
· Play an integral role in managing Social Media Career Pages, built employer branding through
innovative campaigns and posts.
