Set up Global Entity Operations focused on running all non regulated entities for Revolut (6 month sprint #2)
A. Operationalized Revolut’s multiple tech and operations entities across the world (non-regulated) - India, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Ukraine, Ireland, Lithuania, Germany, France and Mexico
B. Lead non-regulated entity strategy, setup, operations and growth
C. Set up and scaled the India Capability Center from 0-800 employees in 6 months. Serving as the India GM and Director for Revolut Technologies India Private Limited
Drove growth for Revolut’s people performance by substantially scaling up talent density in my initial role as Global Head of Talent (6 month sprint #1)

C. Supported the Russia - Ukraine crisis management process through sensitive stakeholder management and employee relocation
A. Built exceptional talent across all Godrej group companies globally, including Godrej Consumer Products, Godrej Properties, Godrej Housing Finance, and Godrej Agrovet. (12-month sprint)
B. Designed and assessed SLT (Senior leadership team) performance, to drive business results through top-tier leadership actions across business units.
C. Lead Group-level Leadership Journeys: Launched the Founder’s Journey for Godrej Capital Leadership Team, initiated Accel for Senior Leaders identifying as women, and fostered DEI exposure with business case creation for top teams across all Godrej Group Companies.
D. Oversaw group-level process design and product enhancement: Revamped the 360-feedback process, designed and developed Talent Profiles, and streamlined the performance management process through sharper talent assessment and grade transitions.

B. Ran end to end sales, P&L and ops for my last 3 years. Scaled up like an Edtech 4X in 3 years (11X since year 1 ) before Edtech was a thing!
C. Lead the overall business P&L and served clients across 3 offices in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Singapore.Grew the team to 20+ full time members and 30+ associates.
