Project:- Hawkeye: Empowering Precision in Defect Detection, product from Siemens.
Hawkeye is machine learning project focused on using AI for defect detection in auxiliary switches. Leveraging Python, I developed and implemented advanced algorithms to analyze images and identify defects with high accuracy. Through this initiative, aimed to enhance quality control processes and improve product reliability by automating defect detection using cutting-edge technology.
➢Currently modifying architecture method for detecting 5ST auxiliary switches using Computer vision, Machine learning architecture.
➢ Developed automated defect detection system using Python programming for team to utilize in detecting auxiliary switch parts.
➢ Developed Raspberry Pi 4 and 5 gateways to integrate my defect detection code, enabling its execution for identification of approvals and rejections, alongside delivery services for merchants to utilize within core system.
➢ Set up Raspberry Pi 4 and 5 devices, along with 3D-printed model and camera, for deployment purposes.
