- STORE CONSTRUCTION AND REVAMP
- CUSTOMER HANDLING : High end interior projects
- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE : Ensuring team training and 100% implementation of the SOPs leading to higher customer satisfaction. Ensuring same leads to higher NPS score at respective store.
- STORE SOP
1. Maintaining store level customer trackers and co ordinate with the respective brand teams to ensure on time product deliveries to the customer.
2. Ensuring Digital journey is functional across all stores with updated finishes and QR codes updated.
3. Ensuring implementation of SF and complete index management and data tracking moves to SF
- SERVICING AID , DECOR PRO COLLABORATION
1. Designing an architect walkthrough program with clearcut content to be shared with architects.
2. Implement AID outreach calendar for each store in conjunction with the regional decor pro team.
3. Ensuring regular follow ups and service delivered from the store.
- TRAINING & MANNING OF EXISTING & NEW STORE
1. Ensuring that the staff know the price , USPs of all display products at all times.
2. Ensuring that staff is able to explain product comparison chart for all categories.
3. Ensuring that staff has internal process awareness.
- VM & DISPLAY REFRESH
1. Identification at store level of the old display material and arrive at a liquidation plan
2. Implementing process to ensure liquidation of display inventory on regular basis.
3. Ensuring that display space are not empty for more than 3 days in a month.

1. Trained team to identify possibilities for multi category sales to customers.
2. Identify avenues for cross selling/ upselling categories to decorator express customers
