• Was in charge of overall activities of the resort
• Ensuring a smooth integration and proper functioning of all the teams
• Guest Relations- A smooth maintenance of communication and ensuring that each guest has a good experience of the resort.
• Ensuring a proper knowledge sharing of the local bio-diversity and nature.
• Manage overall operations while creating a liaison with the Local authorities, Govt. Entities.
• Responsible for training, coaching and developing the performance of resort employees.
• Produce reports to show Profit/Loss of every Dept. and generate a comparative study with reference to previous years so that future strategies can be planned accordingly.
• Involve local youth in resort operations as trainees to give them an insight on the hospitality industry and bring them into the working stream for a better livelihood.
