· Build & Execution of project plan based on customer milestone as a CFT Project Leader And Implementation of Engineering Order Changes & additional tools for cost saving, product & Quality improvement.Part pricing fixation for suppliers, Suggest & follow up to implement Cost Reduction

· Fit & Function approval with customers.

· Managing the internal Project follow activities through PAIL (Project Action Item List)

· Providing Design input based on past car issues (During structural analysis)

· Master Schedule preparation & conduct recurring meeting with customer for timeline discussion.

· To monitor the project performance conducting the weekly meeting with respective CFT.

· Internal BOM study for the new projects & making Modification with benchmarking products.

· Getting Color approval & Illumination approval from customers.
