• Design and improvement changes on machine components and assemblies using Creo Parametric CAD software and Consult with manufacturing , Purchase and quality team to ensure designs are feasible.
• Worked on Poucher machine (K-Series and IM-Series) of KHS USA to provide them poucher mechanical assemblies and structure.
• i) Conversion of design data from inch to metric by considering manufacturing feasibility according to Indian market.
• ii) Selection of equivalent Buy out items available at Indian Vendor for machine localization and reduce machine cost.
• iii) Develop assemblies that can replace some higher cost assemblies with similar functionality (For Local Projects).
• Worked on improvement feedback from Manufacturing, Purchase, Service and Quality Team.
• Provide Technical support to Technical Service and Spare Team.
• Also worked with Global Engineering Team to provide support to parent company KHS Germany Design and Development Team.
