Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

• Responsible for managing and optimizing transportation operations using the Oracle Transportation Management system.
• Plan, schedule and ensure the timely delivery of freight using Oracle Transportation Management System
• Complete Roll Out OTM process of Airtel Digitalization across Nine Locations.
• Handle transportation-related data, including shipment details, carrier information, and transportation rates, data accuracy, maintain databases, and utilize data for making informed transportation decisions.
• Hold carriers accountable for on time pickup and delivery
• Identify and resolve carrier performance issues

Route Planning and Optimization

• With the Use of system's functionalities to plan and optimize transportation routes. It will helps us in reducing transit times,minimizing fuel costs, and improving overall delivery efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Track transportation performance metrics and generate reports to assess the efficiency of transportation operations.
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Utilize Network Decision Support tools to assign loads to trucks (OTM, PC Miler) ensuring customers service requirements are met.
• Respond to changing needs of customers by immediate response and changes to transportation plan.
• Basic system troubleshooting within OTM as needed.
• Other duties as assigned, such as transportation compliance audits, KPI reporting, and project support.
