Achievements:
FY 22–23:
- Cost saving of ₹18.90 per vehicle achieved through second sourcing of Wiper Relay and Unit Flashers.
- Salvaging target of ₹1.50 lakhs achieved through salvaging of old model seats.
FY 23–24:
- Cost saving of ₹154 per vehicle achieved through second sourcing of Air Cleaner Assembly.
- Saving of ₹2,438 per vehicle achieved in CNG model during part commonization of Leaf Springs (VAVE).
FY 24–25:
- Salvaging target of ₹3.5 lakhs achieved through salvaging of old Leaf Springs.
- ₹1,100 per vehicle saved in CNG model through volume discounting (on account of increase in SOB).
- ₹163 per vehicle saved through second sourcing of Leaf Springs in regular trucks and tippers.
- Cost saving of ₹210 per vehicle achieved by shifting manufacturing and supply location and reducing transit time by 70%.
FY 25–26 (Projections and Early Achievements):
- ₹66 per vehicle saving achieved through volume discounting.
- ₹31 per vehicle of cost saving expected from Sep'25 through alternate sourcing of Battery.
- ₹49 per vehicle of cost saving expected to be achieved from Aug'25 through cost renegotiation.
