Mostly deals in NCLT proceeding, cases related to implementation of Foreign Trade Policy ongoing in Supreme Court of India, deals in complaints received from Enforcement Directorate and Custom Authorities and other government organizations. Assisted division in advising exporters on Trade Policy and Risk management related matters. Involved in Policy Framing of the provisions related to the Division. Deals with The Quality Complains and Trade Disputes of both Indian exporters and Foreign Importers.

Worked with the Corporate and Competition team of the firm, assisted corporate in incorporation process and MCA compliances. Assisted in patent application and patent search. Drafting & vetting of various corporate agreements like reviewing and negotiation of business MSA/Agreements, Engagement Letters, NDA's, renewals etc. Monitored RBI compliances and advised the clients.

Performed advisory role by addressing queries related to FDI, Incorporation of companies in India, vetting agreements. Appeared in NCLT and various tribunals on behalf of the firm. Drafted various legal notices/replies/representations/other written communications. Worked on cases related to Property law, drafted sale deed and prepared legal title reports.
