I help optimize the CEO's time, which is the most expensive asset. My roles/responsibilities:

• Act as Strategic Thought Partner to the CEO and leadership team.
• Help leadership build forward looking strategy by way of research, data analytics and special projects.
• Help CEO to identify and prioritize what problems to solve; what decisions to make.
• Handle important and meaningful projects/tasks that do not naturally fit the job descriptions of an executive, team, or line of a function.
• Naturally fit into organizational and functional gaps and assume acting roles in times of crisis.
• Manage ad-hoc/special and cross-departmental projects.
• An integral part of executing all company level operations.
• Bring about cross-team collaboration and continuously stitch processes together to keep moving forward
• Act as an information conduit between the CEO and the rest of the org.

• Joined as the 9th Member and scaled the team from 9 to 70 members single-handedly
• Also, managed HRBP processes like establishing Performance management system, HR policies, Talent branding, People management, HR content, and general operations etc.

• Built a great team of talent at Quolum
• Joined as the 4th member and scaled the team from 4 to 22 in a span of 1 year
• Also handled the entire HRBP function end to end including, talent acquisition, talent branding, performance management, grievance handling, culture building, vendor management, and so on.

• Took off this F&B project from scratch as a working partner
• Ran end to end operations including marketing, sales, PR, vendor management, inventory and cost management, experience curation, customer experience, Culinary experience, hiring, brand building etc.

• Sales and Marketing strategy for a chain of 35 merchandise retail stores across India
• Grew the business from 12 stores to 35 stores and established smooth operations across cities
• Ensured standardization and smooth procurement from a single hub
• Managed the warehouse backend and optimized the supply chain to be able to cater to all outlets with ease.

• Managed and optimised end to end retail frontend and backend, including inventory management, Procuring and vendor management for the garment supply chain
• Also managed the visual merchandising, customer management, pricing, sales optimisation, marketing strategy for festivals for the frontend.
