• Fostered a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging open communication, collaboration, and shared learning experiences among members.
• I collaborated with different Rotaract clubs across Asia to host events for the betterment of society and the club itself.
• I appointed the general body members of my club as project chairperson and led them to execute many international events.

Worked in the research department of the university on a project related to LORAWAN, its uses, its application & how can one communicate from one person to another without internet (majorly used by researchers in Antarctica to communicate with their team which is in a different country or continent.)

Developed a formula to calculate cullet-to-raw materials ratio, wrote a review paper on Float glass manufacturing, Studied and researched on various types of defects during float glass manufacturing at microscopic level.
