A one stop solution for building any AI/ML Model on top of huge database of Medical Images and combines Platform AI, Computer Vision, Synthetic Data, Innovation as Service and Faster AI that are offered by vLife.

• Project:- vLife

Created applications such as :-

• ACL tear detection from MRI images, trained a model to predict ACL tear just by providing a MRI scan image for faster diagnosis and care.
• Provider network analysis, This application can help users find which is the closet health center available near them for any particular disease within USA.
• Question generation for clinical notes, Developed the application to generate question for easier FAQ generation on clinical notes from PubMed.
• Bio-medical Entity Recognition and normalizer, Developed the application to search for Key-Pair relations within a blob of text.
• Predict bowel preparation score for Colonoscopy, trained a model on images of 100+ images of bowels in the colon to predict Preparation score just by providing an image.
• Suicide Ideation prediction Developed it using Demographic data which predicts suicide ideation on lifestyle-based questions.
• Generating Knowledge graph from Bio-medical Literatures Developed it using AWS Neptune and AWS S3 to store and make Knowledge Graphs.
• SINGAN/DCGAN/CTGAN/ESRGAN Developed applications to generate synthetic data. GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) which uses Generator-Discriminator technique to generate images that are very realistic.

VLife (Data Scientist)

• Assigned to developing AI/ML solutions to real life Healthcare & Life Sciences problems, for an ongoing product development called 'vLife'.
• Analyzed problems and worked with teams to develop solutions.
• Closely worked with a team of ~14 individuals from product development to deployment.
• Developed & deployed use-cases that would benefit Healthcare providers and the consumers.
• Mentored other Interns in understanding best practice followed within the project.
