• Maintaining process documents and keeping it up to date incase of any changes requested from clients.

• Analysis of Trader's Risk products and position against firm books and investigation and resolution of breaks
• Ensure systematic flow of Corporate action events in client reporting and cash flow to avoid any PnL impact
• Monitoring of specific trade errors and resolving them so they can flow downstream
• Focusing on reducing manual touches for the work which can be automated
• Amending trades as per desk confirmations to get trades matched
• Optimized team training and staff development
• Escalating breaks on timely manner to get them resolved withing agreed ETA.

• Prematching of fixed income bonds with correct SSI's.
• Keeping clients posted with latest status of their trade.
• Resolving failed trades and get them matched by setting up correct SSI's in system.
• Liaise with settlement team for settling the trade within ETA.

• Worked in "MIS Hub Reporting process" from June 2019 to May 2020
• Worked in Broker Reconciliation process from May 2020 to Nov 2021

• MIS Hub Reporting - Preparing daily/weekly/monthly trade reports for Citibank japan market group
• Reconciling NDF and Broker Trades confirmations and highlighting discrepancy to MO Team/Client
• Chasing brokers and clients to resolve the breaks
• Broker Reconciliation - Executing Reconciliation reports for CDS , Structured Notes/rates and Cash products across EMEA region
• Preparing Brokerage calculation sheet for CDS trades
• Highlighting breaks and chasing clients/brokers for resolve them to maintain KRI
• Tracking the volumes on monthly basis and preparing flowcharts/PPT to analyse in Team meeting.
