Curriculum Developer:

• Single handedly designed objective based curriculum for UKG (English,EVS,Mathematics, extra curricular activities) keeping a child centric approach
• Curated challenging curriculum, focused on slow learners and bridging the gap between different cities, resulting in increased student participation
• Curated activity based learning via; role play, table top games,STEM method, resulting in grasping advanced learning and expressing their emotions
• Student based learning via activities and journal writing

Book creation:

• Responsible for making workbooks,notebooks and reading book for LKG (Mathematics,EVS,English)
• Curating as per NEP guidelines, referencing publishers i.e. Kids Can, Grafalco, Macmillan, resulting in increased uniformity w.r.t. last year
• Creating innovative/interactive flashcards as per the curriculum resulting to more conceptualize learning and reduced churn rate
• Reduced 40% cost to company by creating books in-house, rather than outsourcing

Teacher Training:

• Trained 50 teachers on various modules i.e. Teacher's Personality, Functional English & Technology, Classroom Management, through online sessions via MS Teams
• Evaluated teacher's progress with regular assessments and provided constructive feedback for improvement, resulting in teachers passing with B+ grade in final assessment
• Conducting offline sessions for over 200 teachers, regarding; fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and curriculum related to Mathematics, English and EVS resulting in teachers understanding new methods of early childhood education

• Taught over 180 kids from pre-primary to secondary level
• Proficiency in concepts taught were : Phonetics , English Grammar and Creative writing
• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and made decisions for each child's creative learning ability
• Met objective of learning via : monthly assessments , practice sheets and parental feedback, resulting in better performance at school
• Engaging students via new learning techniques such as: PPT , Quiz, concept games and art and craft resulting in higher engagement and attendance
• Hands on experience on microsoft powerpoint , excel, word

Executive and growth:

• Resource management of bills of accounts and petty cash regarding office and school supplies, reduced yearly budget from 70,000 to 50,000
• Coordination between the vendors regarding printing of school supplies and stationaries
• Business development role: conversion of leads and on boarding them for the course, through whatsapp, emails and calls
• Reached out over 350 people a year through affiliates and referral programme
• Maintained the churn rate during peak covid time
