Key Responsibilities


1. Nominations, General & HAZ / NON-HAZ Bookings:-


  • Release booking after all checks required.
  • Roll-overs / Vessel Clean on receipt of SOB within deadline for accurate planning & forecasting.
  • Advising Loading Confirmation (SOB) / Shut-out updates to all customers.
  • Handle request from customers for REVALIDATION of expired bookings.
  • Advising customers on gate cut-off (open/close) status services with erratic schedules.
  • Advising through mail on changes in Vessel, SI submission & Shipping Bill handover cut-offs for proper planning at their end.
  • Sailing Schedules & Client Advisories as per current update and management advise
  • Off-loading process and Invoicing follow up with customer/logistics/accounts for containers returned empty.


2. Act as a Coordinator between the Documentation desk & the customers for their documentation issues: -


  • Pending SI follow up for short leg shipments to assist with export call closure and IGM filing at destination/transshipment port.
  • Pending SI’s follow up for accurate & timely ENS & AMS submission to avoid shut-out’s & penalties.
  • Incorrect / Incomplete data follow up to ensure correct & accurate information is available to the SI team for draft generation and filing thereof where applicable.
  • Handling all split/merge requests from DOC team to be updated as per the SI submitted.


3. Reports: -


  • Prepare Daily customer wise report.
