Currently working as a Corporate Sales Manager and Bilingual, reporting to Director and COO of Bandai Namco India Pvt Ltd.
Responsible for strategic planning, operational support, Market and competitors research, staff management and recruitment, Procurement of goods, facilities management.
Being a bilingual and corporate sales manager, I need to interact with Managing Director, other Sr. Management staff, Mall Management teams for range of different tasks.
My work profile also requires me to interpret for my director he is being Japanese national. Also, all the Japanese delegates visiting our company, our vendors, and our customers as well. Develop sales strategy based on research of consumer buying trends and market conditions.
