Diriyah Gate Arena

• Assisted with BIM coordination and facilitated interdisciplinary coordination for the arena and parking areas.
• Identified design clashes and worked with consultants to resolve issues, contributing to clash detection , model reviews , and issue tracking .
• Managed asset classification and maintained COBie spreadsheets for data delivery .
• Led Team 03 on Diriyah Gate, overseeing four ultra-luxurious F&B spaces.
• Collaborating closely with HKS designers to ensure alignment with BIM standards.
• Developed Design Development (DD) and Issued for Construction (IFC) sets for submittals.

Data Centers.

• Assisted in the development of the Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) set.
• Ensured adherence to BIM and project documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Contributed to the creation of working drawings and the development of interior design concepts for various spaces, including banquet halls, restaurants, public lobbies, and green rooms, incorporating luxury features and modern amenities.
• Produced initial concepts, process diagrams, and concepts with Photoshop and other Adobe software.
• 3D modeling of interior and exterior spaces.
• Client presentations and interdisciplinary coordination with various consultants.

• Assisted with rendering residential projects and creating 3D models with SketchUp and Photoshop.
