With over 15 years of experience in the field of automation, I am a Project Manager at Faith Automation Systems & Toolings Pvt Ltd, where I lead and manage 3D computer aided design (3D CAD) projects for various clients. I have a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Automobile Engineering, as well as certifications in Design Thinking and Google Project Management. I have strong communication and design skills, as well as expertise in 3D CAD software and tools. Prior to joining Faith Automation, I was the Director of www.biwdss.com, an online platform for business intelligence and data science solutions, where I oversaw the development and delivery of multiple projects for different industries. I also have experience as an Assistant Manager at Lean Automation Equipment Pvt Ltd, where I was responsible for designing and implementing automation systems and processes. A total of 138 jig & grippers 28,72 & 38 in each line this was the biggest project done in my carrier and i looking forward to grow more.
Done a mass hiring of 62 nos candidates from NTTF college Murbad, Dharwad & Jamshedpur. Also Sanjivani college, Kopargaon.
Gave Training on BIW welding lines and its components used in the field.
Gave 3d & 2d BIW Fixture design training on Catia Software to the New design team.
Gave Simulation training to the new team on Process Simulation (PS) Software.
