1. Drive serendipitous discovery of products and services on Homepage through personalized experiences
a. Built 1000 screens for 1000 customers by ranking homepage content using ML to increase GMV by 26%.
b. Mission Widgets: Help buyers continue where they left off in their shopping journey leveraging unfinished intent across products, categories, campaigns to drive CVR by 17%.
c. New Homepage Revamp with state-of-the-art CX based on buyer feedback while catering to BU use cases with 20% uplift in CTR and improved browsability (PDP transitions, category engagement) across front funnel.

2. Campaign Management
Marketing Automation & Analytics platform that consumes data points from Customer Data Platform for cross-channel user engagement and retention with notification delivery rate of 70% and scale of 100K/s for agility in product development, data privacy and 60% cost reduction.

3. Product Merchandising
Real-time product merchandising for Tokopedia’s external ad partners like Google Shopping, Facebook in an automated manner removing manual dependency (3d), better feed quality and 10% increase in sessions.

Worked on QnA platform built for students to address their queries on exams, colleges and courses, increasing engagement by 3X. 1M+ questions answered with TAT of 24 hours.

Betaout (acquired by Bluecore) is a customer intelligence platform for e-Commerce companies.
