Role Summary:
As an SALES ASSOCIATE Manager, responsible for leading business operations across four major territories—Mumbai, Nashik, Jalgaon, and Goa—driving sales growth, and strategic market expansion in the ophthalmology segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing sales performance across assigned territories.
Driving market penetration for FOPNM-10, a diagnostic device used for Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma, and AMD screening.
Conducting scientific presentations and product demonstrations for ophthalmologists, diabetologists, and Endocrinologist
Implementing territory-wise business strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Ensuring effective coordination with distributors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Monitoring competition, identifying opportunities, and executing brand-building initiatives.
Training and mentoring field team members to improve productivity and scientific knowledge.
