- SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY
- Expertise in conducting various diagnostic assessment procedures related to speech and language disorders using standardized test materials, checklists and rating scales such as REELS, ALD, COMDEALL, ALD, Communication Matrix, FDA, WAB, SSI etc.
- Using AAC mode of intervention for children and adults with various communication disorders.
- Organize therapy goals according to the current needs and encourage home training and parental training to achieve the target skills and maintain record of the skill levels of the patients and thereby closely track the progress pre- and post- therapy on a regular basis.
- AUDIOLOGY
- Comprehensive and detailed case history interview
- Diagnostic audiological assessments: Pure tone Audiometry, Immittance Audiometry, Special tests (for differential diagnosis of Cochlear and Retro Cochlear Pathology, Eustachian tube dysfunction tests), Auditory Evoked Potentials and Otoacoustic Emissions.
- Rehabilitative services : Hearing aid selection and fitting for pediatric, adult and geriatric population
- Able to analyze and interpret results in evaluations of various auditory disorders and conduct aural rehabilitation independently
- Parent support and Counseling.
