  • As a Senior Automation Engineer at Voltjet Electricals, my job role is to look after the programming of PLCs and HMIs, apart from the programming. I am looking after client handling from the start of the project until commissioning. Eighty percent of our panels are for automatic car parking systems, tower parking systems, and puzzle parking systems. I have worked on more than 500 projects in the last two years all over India. Apart from the puzzle parking, I have done a couple of SPM machine programming tasks. For PLC, I have worked on Siemens S7-200, Delta DVP, and Selec Control PLC. As for the HMI, I have worked on Siemens, Delta, INVT, and Kinko. For the last 6 months, I have been handling the Pune City project, as well as Mumbai's.

  • As a Service Engineer at FillPack Technology, my part was to ensure all the machinery was working at their best product rate. As part of the job role, I used to set up all the machines in the manufacturing unit to position all the individual parts precisely and conduct trials of the machines. As a Service Engineer, I have worked on primary-secondary filling and packaging lines, rotary filling, and weight scale packaging machines. After all the machines were completed, the machine clearance was given by service engineers. The next part was the installation and commissioning of the machines for the client.

  • As my first job as a Maintenance Engineer at Gestamp, I worked mostly on corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, risk-based maintenance, and condition-based maintenance on the machinery, such as spot welding robots and pick-and-place robots from Kuka, Kawasaki, Hyundai, and ABB. I also worked on the maintenance of the Loire hot stamping machines of 200 tons and 300 tons, the maintenance of sand blasting machines, and the spot welding machine, as well as the Prima Power laser machine. As part of my job, we used to look after the plant maintenance, such as DG and the refueling of hydrogen and LPG.
