• Gained never-realized-before insights into the detailed functioning of industry & the new players disrupting the space.

• Responsible for building wealth management practice for Systematix Group in North India- Onboarded key clients in span of 9 months for Systematix and worked on existing relationships of group and generated higher revenue from their 3 existing clients.
• Best Practices for wealth advisory- Shared and documented some of best practices to be followed in approaching and managing clients

• Responsible to acquire new UHNI clients, manage & deepen existing relationships- Total Assets Under Management of ~600crs.
• Revenue Improvement from existing client base by cross-selling solutions and products- Revenue yield was in excess of 1% in comparison to industry avg of .75%
• Meet annual budgets for company- Outperformed/Met expectations on revenue targets in 6 out of 7 years.
• Other Initiatives- Mentored 3-4 interns; Organized client events for deeper engagement; Done tie-ups with YPO for ASK brand building and new user acquisition.

• Was part of founding team. Worked with various stakeholders in North India in launch of business.
• Develop Punjab belt - onboarded some marquee names from Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Ambala.
• Managed assets worth 80crs in very first year of building wealth book.
