1. GPS Coordinate Retagging
a. Developed the checks and balances to identify the incorrect/ suspicious GPS coordinates of retail outlets across India
b. Collaborated with various stake holders and aided in development of robust system for the collection & rectification of the correct coordinates. These data points were the foundation for development of routes of salesman
2. Sales Man route optimization
a. Worked along with consultants from BCG for the development of logics for optimized routing for Salesman.
b. Led a team of 3 data analysts to execute the python scripts on cloud for the rollout of optimized salesman route across distributors all India.
c. Aided in the standardization, automation and hosting of the python scripts on Cloud Server & delivered the optimized routes for 100+ distributors in a span of 2 months.
3. Data Scraping & Dashboards Development
a. Developed Selenium scripts to scrape thousands of Pharmacy outlets from the internet which helped to identify the outlets which were not serviced leading to potential increased reach for ITC
b. Enabled the team to develop tableau dashboards to track various KPI metrics of major projects.
4. Traffic Analysis on highways
a. Using HERE API , performed statistical analysis of traffic on roads.
b. It aided in the strategic selection of area outlets to be serviced effectively

Modelling of suspension system in automobile-BTP, 07/2016- 05/2017
Designed and simulated a suspension system for a quarter car and a half car model by controlling two input, spring stiffness and damper rate for different road profiles., Evaluated the performance of the modelled system using simulation carried out in MATLAB and SIMULINK. Designing of Parabolic Leaf Spring(Consultancy Project)-MTP, Designing of parabolic profile of leaf spring for variable thickness, variable width and amalgamation of variable width & thickness models. Optimising the parameters of the profile of spring using genetic algorithm to minimise the weight., Perform stress, strain, modal analysis to ensure that all the parameters are with in the range.
Summer Project on Load Cell, Professor Vikrant Racherla, 05/2016, 06/2016,
Involved in building load cells for weigh bridge for effectively measuring the weight of heavy vehicles on road to check if overloaded., Use of Hall Effect sensor to measure the change in magnetic flux interfacing it with NI card to calculate the load applied by optimising the equation for finding out the weight.
Semi-Autonomous Gesture Controlled Bot, 01/2016, Made a semi-autonomous gesture controlled robot controlled by the movements of hand using accelerometer(ADXL335) able to identify and read RFID tags autonomously., It was made for Warehouse, a National level Robotics event of Kshitij where our team bagged second prize and Rs 14000.
Air Instrument- Playing music using hand gestures-Machine Learning Project
Developed a robust, accurate position detection & motion recognition system used for playing/controlling music using hand gestures as a musical instrument/remote. Acquired data from accelerometer and gyroscope sensors of smart phone and interfaced it with MATLAB to apply machine learning on the real time data., Analyzed and classified the data using KNN into different classes to give the desired results.
