- Handle multiple companies’ accounts (20 per day) and work with them to find target consumers for their brands, so they don’t waste their time advertising to people who are never gonna buy their products. We run algorithms based on tracking consumer preferences, try to forecast and model their actions.
- Worked closely with Content team, sharing ideas and helping them draft help center articles (2 per month) to ease customer's onboarding experience as well as helping them utilize our self-serve growth platform.
