Conducted qualitative and Quantitative research on the topic by using secondary data. The conclusion that arrived was NPOs face numerous challenges when it comes to hiring great employees but with the right approach, they can overcome the challenges and find the right person for your organization. Marketing, Utkal University, SCS(A)college Puri, Study of Promotional Strategy of Malabar Jewelry, The objective of the study was about Malabar Promotional strategy. Conducted a Quantitative research on the topic by using Questionnaire survey to know about how much consumers are aware about the promotional strategy of Malabar and effects on their buying habits. The conclusion that arrived was in the age of cut throat competition companies through their promotion affect the perspective of the consumer on how they see the product and its benefit which in turn affect their buying behavior.
