Key Project Milestones:
· ROCKRAILJACK LOADING ANALYSIS: Prime purpose is to identify effect of load applied on the rock rail and the amount of intrusion with the surrounding BIW
· TOW HOOK STRENGTH ANALYSIS: To evaluate the resistance of the static anchoring area of the tow rod in the front and rear region, when towing or mounted on a tow truck for different conditions.
· JACK UP STRENGTH ANALYSIS: To identify permanent deformation near jack application region and diagonal displacement of doors against applied loads.
· ROCKRAIL STEP LOAD ANALYSIS: To study effect of stepping up on the rock rail step plate on the weak zones.
· SEAT MOUNTING DURABILITY ANALYSIS (FR&RR): To perform seat moment durability with loads generated due to repeated impact of passenger on seat and estimate the life of panel and spot weld using design life.
· AB&C PEDAL AND PARKING BRAKE STRENGTH AND DURABILITY: Longitudinal stiffness: To identify Maximum displacement of brake pedal and PKB handle for application of normal and accidental loading conditions.
· TRAILER HITCH STRENGTH AND DURABILITY ANALYSIS: Estimation of body panel cracking and deformation, caused by applying load input generated due to towing of trailer and caravan using a HITCH MEMBER at the body mounting section.
