Project /Client: MHS-Epic Integration Application

Overview:

MHS assessment integration with Epic is getting developed with the purpose to help mental health professionals conduct mental assessments with their patients and collaborate conveniently with them.

Key Activities Included:

• Directed project deliveries while leading a team of 5 FTE members, ensuring successful completion within established timelines and quality standards.

• Liaised between project sponsors, stakeholders, developers, and analysts; established strong professional relations with external IT vendors via internally integrated application.

• Developed and implemented project roadmaps and milestones, and communicated project status with relevant stakeholders.

• Defined the project’s goal and user stories and created a plan to track progress.

• Led project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring projects were delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

• Drafted the team charter to state team goals and responsibilities.

• Provide reports based on the current activities (Status Card Updates, Gantt Chart, Project Weekly Updates) for the MHS management team and scrum team facilitate Scrum activities.

• Managing Dev-Ops board for the entire project and managing the DevOps board (Product and Sprint) backlog.

• Coordinating with the Software development team to ensure the system is working as per expectations.

Project /Client: Self Service Tool – CAT UNET

Key Activities Included:

• Developed project backlog and Sprint backlog from requirements and run daily sprints. Tracked and monitored tasks and team collaboration using agile tool JIRA and CONFLUENCE for code collaboration.
• Led the sprint review meeting and live demo the self-service tool to onshore partners and finally to our associated clients.
• Involved in discussions with stakeholders, SMEs, system architects and technical teams through channeled/phased meetings and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all reporting, develop, and execute procedures to ensure all reports and supporting documents meet the stakeholder’s needs and are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
• Develop and utilize reporting best practices, serve as a subject matter expert on data analysis and report design to meet user needs.
• Facilitate, coordinate, and elicit reporting requirements from multiple stakeholders to develop new reports.
• Identify, analyze, and master new data sources. Extract, filter, and aggregate data using queries (e.g., SQL) when needed, develop new metrics.
• Responsible for data manipulation and data validation using SQL queries in a MS SQL server.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and enhancements to reports such as (SSIS and Tableau).

• SAS/SQL programming to fetch data from galaxy database as per the customer's requirement.
• Making connection to DB2 and writing SAS queries.
• Data extracts that exceed Excel’s row max will be created in MS Access.
• Data extracts are returned in excel format with the following format to support ultimately the CRT area with next steps.
• Claim level view: Single row per claim unique claim, dollar fields summarized
• Line Level view: Claim detail per procedure with associated values and amounts
• Comprehensive prepared reports using SAS report generating procedures like PROC PRINT, PROC REPORT, PROC TABULATE, PROC FREQ, PROC MEANS and PROC TRANSPOSE.
• Imported raw data files in excel format in SAS and subsequently created SAS Datasets and performed data manipulations on the datasets.
• Created the reports using ETL using SQL/Excel to produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Experience in working with SAS EG for reporting and analytical tasks.
