Managing and heading the Integration of Support team, Onboarding team and Monitoring into one Global team (BASG Global) providing round the clock support for APAC, EMEA and NAM region.

Project: BASG Support
Incident Management and Problem Management System providing support for applications such as Intellimatch (Reconciliation), Geneva (Hedge funds Accounting platform), MOM and AIS Portal.
Automation of Cash and Position Reconciliation using Intellimatch application to manage the volumes of manual activities and reduce manual interventions on the applications and achieve 100% STP.

Project: Business Implementation and Onboarding
Implementing software (Intellimatch) as a part of automation and migration from Manual recon to Application based Recon by integrating the cash reconciliation to improve control over the cash reconciliation process for NAM and EMEA region.

Project: Eagle to Geneva Migration
Migration of funds from Eagle (Hedge fund Accounting Software) to Geneva (Hedge fund Accounting Software), considered as more advanced and user friendly

• Worked with Credit Derivatives team responsible for reconciliation of S-1 trades, which involves identification of breaks, investigation, raising discrepancies to Confirmations Team, Middle Office, Traders, Onshore client and IT team for internal queries.
• Worked with FX Options and Money Market team (Onshore) and was responsible for Processing, Confirmations, Settlements and Investigations.
• Auditing the work done by Agents, preparing Error reports, Analysis of Reports and providing feedbacks if needed.
