City Gas Distribution Project (8",12"&18" Dia.)

Client: Torrent Gas Jaipur Private Ltd

• Review daily site work and participate in meetings with Client, Contractor & Sub contractors to ensure that all relevant activities are being complied with the Company requirements and Project Quality requirements.
• Supervise daily project site & piping fabrication work activities i.e. piping fabrication, Piping and Equipment's Erection, Cold Bending, Pipeline stringing, piping and pipeline Welding, Tie-ins, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Coating, Trenching, Lowering, Backfilling, marking and tagging, Installation of Marker , Hard Barricading and reinstatement work.
• Witness and Inspection of welding in EQT,WQT etc including Visual, Destructive and Non Destructive Testing of specimen.
• Soil resistivity check and approval for installation of Cathodic Protection (CP) to pipeline.
• Monitor/witness the hydrostatic activities for the piping and Flow-lines, Transfer-lines e.g. cleaning, pigging, gauging, water filling, thermal stabilization, pressurization, depressurizing, de-watering & flushing, air drying as well as N2 purging at the site
• Verify that all site activities comply with relevant quality codes and standards.
• Inspection of Industrial/commercial gas Connections route, plumbing, Piping support and welding joints.
• Preparing daily site progress report (DPR) and coordinate with client.
• Ensuring availability of applicable personal protective equipment to all site personnel.
• Knowledge of ASME, ASTM, API, ISO, AWS etc. various codes & Standards for pipes and piping components
• Verified construction documentation to meet client requirements and vision

Job description:

Project: AG&P CGD PROJECT

• Worked on inspection of industrial, commercial as well as on domestic connections to insure safety, quality and certified work on site as per client TS.
• GIS mapping of laid underground pipeline using Arrow tagging device to build as built drawing of section and updating complete details of respective section.
• Surveying of route, utilities, crossing etc. to minimize impact on running project.
• Availability of applicable personal protective equipment to all site personnel
• Inspection of Free Issue Material and Bought Out Material and their reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Gaining knowledge about other site activities to make oneself motivated and technical feasible.
• Performed site quality and safety audit on daily basis.
• Verified construction documentation to meet client requirements and vision

Client : Gail Gas Limited

Project : TTZ ( Taj Trapezium Zone)

• Working with GI (Galvanized Iron) pipe, MDPE( Medium Density Polyethylene) and steel pipeline in CGD network to fulfill supply natural gas to domestic, industrial, commercial and automobile purposes.
• Inspection of Free Issue Material and Bought Out Material and their reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Availability of applicable personal protective equipment to all site personnel.
• Stringing, Trenching, Pre-padding, Welding, Welding Procedure Specifications, Procedure, Sand padding in trench, HDD / Open-cut / Boring.
• Qualification Tests related to Pipeline construction in line with contract document for pipeline laying, Welder
• Performance Qualification / Evaluation, NDT, Field Joint Coating, Concrete Coating, Lowering, Post-padding & Backfilling, Blowing, Hydro-testing, - Drying, Purging, Flushing, Hydro testing, Commissioning.
• All types of Crossings Cased / Uncased like rail, road, river, canal, etc.
• Installation of pipeline route markers / Plate markers, KM marker and pole markers.
• Construction of valve chamber at every colony to maintain safety to everyone and construction of chamber on steel line at every needy area to supply and ease in natural gas connectivity.
• Preparation, checking, authorization and counter-signing of inspection reports on daily basis, pipe-book and as- built drawings
• CNG stations installation online and offline mode at mother station or daughter station
• Managed 8 contractors alone to work properly with quality.

• Work as per plan for laying of MDPE pipes, service lines, GI Fittings, Gas in Done and Charging activities.
• Give planned drawing for future line laying for discussion with Client and consultants.
• Supervising and instructing team as well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers and Supervisors on safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Maintained records of every works done by company
• Filing RA-Bills claim for recent work done by company.
• Managed team of more than 50 persons alone.
• Submit report to top management.
