Inbound Operations:
Oversee receiving, unloading, and put-away activities.
Verify quantity and quality of received goods.
Ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) completion.
Outbound & Dispatch
Monitor picking, packing, staging, and loading.
Ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Achieve On-Time Dispatch (OTD) targets.
Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Conduct cycle counts and stock audits.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce warehouse safety procedures.
Ensure proper use of PPE.
Maintain 5S/6S standards and housekeeping.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
Quality Control
Ensure products are handled correctly.
Prevent product damage and mis-picks.
Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Vehicle & Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with transport teams for vehicle availability.
Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and dispatched on time.
Monitor turnaround time (TAT).
Performance Monitoring
Track warehouse KPIs.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring issues.
