• Ensuring work permits implementations
• Conducting Daily Tool Box Talks and Weekly Mass Tool box talks to Work force
• Ensuring TRA, JSA, MS and other documents in place before start the activities
• Ensuring Excavation activities & its preparations in terms of Safety Aspects are in place
• Daily Spot Checks of Equipment
• Daily Spot Checks of Dredging & Reclamation activities & its preparations in terms of Safety Aspects
• Reporting to Safety Manager
• Daily Report Preparations
• Attending Weekly Safety Meeting with Client
• Fire Extinguishers inspection monthly basis
• Participating in Incident Investigations
• Conducting Site Inductions to new visitors and workers
• Regular inspection of construction activities and notifying the unsafe acts and unsafe conditions
• Inspection of Personnel Protective Equipment's on regular basis.
• Conduct emergency evacuation drills to ensure workers are aware on necessary actions required during emergencies.
• Ensure color code system at site tools & lifting accessories.
• Daily Spot Checks of Cranes & Lifting activities
• To identify hazard & risk and rectify.
• Ensuring Road Traffic Safety Management system
• Maintain on daily basis HSE Static board.
• Ensuring T-Card System implementations
