Identify and Compute cargo capacity available in-terms of weight, volume, and ULD (Unit Load Device) of every passenger flight, derived based on passenger bookings, baggage trends, weather conditions en-route, aircraft allocation etc. and adjust the capacity in CARGOSPOT to support cargo reservations and sales teams across the network.)
Implement capacity management and revenue optimization techniques at flight level of passenger flights by establishing the right product/density mix, yield per ton permanent bookings/allotments and distribute capacity to the network in an efficient and effective manner to achieve commercial objectives.

Responsible for comprehensive handling of import airside activities as per Customs, IATA and ICAO Regulations
Responsible for scrutinizing the import documents provided by Airlines for segregation of different categories of import cargo- Dangerous Goods, Vulnerable cargo, Perishable cargo
Responsible for supervising and coordinating with outsourced GHA for proper and timely de-stuffing, segregation of different categories of cargo and correct stacking of cargo at designated locations.
Prepare Flight Segregation reports for submission to Customs and Airlines after completion of Import flight check.
Monitor outsourced manpower for correct data entry in Cargo Software to facilitate smooth airside and landside

Facilitate trans-shipments on interline carriers and international carriers.
Protect space for regular movement of Perishable
Data capture of export airway bills. To Unities the cargo as per load plan and category. Manifesting cargo units as per loading details. Preparing dead load statement and NOTOC for Valuables, Perishables, and Dangerous goods.
Sent electronic data interface messages for movement of cargo on flights.
Planning Current and Future flights to ensure maximum utilization of space to achieve tonnage and revenue targets.
Coordinating with GHA Staff about loading the cargo as per priority. Ensure Offloads are re-booked and advised to the customer

Palletized cargo items as per BAWC standard
Accepted Import General Manifest (IGM) , Export General Manifest (EGM) numbers from customs department.
Ensure that all shipments of restricted articles are properly handled and processed in full compliance with the current edition of the IATA DGR and are loaded accordingly.
Handling VAL Shipments Import and Export Ensuring Safe and Accurate Deposition in Respective Strong Room
Assisting in Import Documentation For Cargo Checking ,Issuing Delivery Order and Follow-up With Consignee For Customs And Airport Authority Formalities For Faster Delivery Of shipments
