AI-Based Automated Taxi Fare Analysis & Prediction System

• Engineered an end-to-end ML pipeline on 200,000+ NYC TLC trip records — performing outlier removal, feature engineering, and EDA — and trained three regression models (Linear Regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting), achieving a best R² of 0.87 with Random Forest through Grid Search hyperparameter tuning.
• Deployed the trained model as an interactive Flask web application with real-time fare prediction, dynamic fare breakdown (base fare, distance cost, surge premium), and a responsive UI supporting all-model comparison, demonstrating full-stack ML deployment from data preprocessing to live inference.
